  Great view to the sea. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We stayed only for 2 nights but we had the chance to take part to a traditional Ischian evening - a very relaxing and happy atmosphere. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Transfer to the ferry very early in the morning - not expensive.   Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.

  We spent there only one night, but the hotel with its beautiful gardenwas just great, even in February. Friendly staff, spacious room,comfortable bed etc... The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not verynice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views.   Very nice, quiet place! The beautiful thermal pools and a saltwater pool. Nice restaurant on the beach with affordable prices and nice staff. The perfect place for relax - really recommend to all! from the hotel to the Ischia porto is walk not more than 15 minutes: there are many nice restaurants, interesting places to walk. (ticket costs 10 euros per person) A taxi from the hotel to the port costs 12 euros (without luggage) - absolutely beautiful with 10 thermal pools and ocean swimming. we upgraded to sea view room and were given a one room cottage with lawn and patio table. I did hydro therapy for six days - a wonderful experience just floating in pool and an outstanding physical therapist. I think the upgraded rooms were much nicer but 40E more per night. Really miss Ichica relaxing and beautiful
