The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. Perfect was the city that we've chosen. I would recommended to everyone with small kids. All cities around that we have looked for was not so good. Like Amalfi or Positano that we've visit - those were to rocky. In Maiori there was quite a lot of flat area that you can walk with baby trailer.

A very clean and maintained property in a quiet area near the beach.
All staff were friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was good.
We ate in the restaurant which we found excellant.
My wife was unwell when we first arrived and a light snack and icecream as asked for was delivered to our room.
Nothing was a problem. Just ask the Management.
I would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Ceselle. It was a nice, small & family-run hotel. The transfer to/from the port was great, as well as the transfer to their sister hotel with a pool. Our room was clean & spacious, although we missed out on a balcony (even though we booked a room with one).

We liked the thermal pools and the views from the hotel across the bay of Naples - it was beautiful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful plants, and the public areas inside were really nicely done - a big lounge and the restaurant looking out onto the terrace and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, and a decent-sized room, which was quiet for sleeping. It was easy to walk into town or get a bus. We would definitely stay here again, we found Ischia very relaxin
