  This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good.   Everything was immaculately clean, very comfortable and the spa was amazing with highly skilled staff who fitted me in their busy schedule. I went in December and thermal pool and facilites were fully open. - Staff were helpful and location was good

Although a bit out from the old town where most of the restaurants and bars are (about 10 minutes walk) it's only a short walk to the beach and there is a bus stop right outside to get you into town (just 3 stops) or around the island.

  The rooms were big and bright. The staff at the desk were friendly and had good English. The location could not have been any better- beside lovely restaurants, across from the marina.   Very good location, very quiet, beautiful beach within one or two minutes walk from the hotel, a pool with warm thermal water and hydro- massage, plus a pool with lower, air-temperature water, plus sauna, ideal cleanliness, and, the most important, very friendly staff - Giovanni, Marco, Antonio and Pasquale, who always ready to help with all issue... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s. Everything was ok, thank you very much! Sometimes in the evenings it was a pleasure to listen to lovely Italian song performed very nicely by Pasqu - Friendly staff - we felt really like at home. Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.
