  Location:Close to Florence. Amazing views of wineries and rolling hills from your window. Things are a little spaced out so you feel lots of privacy here. Wine tour is great, portion sizes were very generous. Cooking class was great, the chef was very nice and it lasted three or four hours by the time we cooked and ate. Rooms at the Casanova were very modern and very spe - Loved virtually all of it. Faye and Dimitri were great hosts and their staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location on a Tuscan ridge was perfect. Accommodation was comfortable and well set up with all requirements. Restaurants served local food and organic wines which were well-priced and appropriate. Pottery and winery are excellent components of the experience.
