Happy House is on a direct, local bus route from the ariport and is just a stone's throw from the famous Leaning Tower. The design was well-thought-out and quirky, the room was spacious, there's a gluten-free breakffast available on request and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The owner Gaia is very nice and smiling, the staff is friendly. The house is very pretty with a vintage air. Clean, comfortable, acceptable breakfast and you can cook in the kitchen if you want. It impressed me! Staff are so nice, friendly and kind. Although they dont speak english, but they are really helpful and sweet! I enjoyed staying there, decoration is so vintage and lovely! It gave me a nice trip.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, very closed to the Pisa Tower and the airport bus stop. Very good cleanliness. You have the possibility to use the kitchen. So, I highly recommend this hotel!.

The location is close to the Campo de Miracoli, where all the monuments are. It's also close to the railway station, but the noise from trains was almoist non-existent.
The owners are very hospitable. There is an access to the kitchen. The touristic center of the city (Piazza dei Miracoli) is very close.

The only drawback is the hotel's location at a very busy road junction which meant that there was a constant noise of traffice throughout the night ...
It is true it's a little noise from the street, but if you close the blinds and the window is not so bad.
