First of all I want to thank you all staff and the owner of the hotel for everything. I travelled from Belgium to Italy with my family and it was a 20 day holiday, I stayed several hotels but I have never stayed such a nice,clean and comfortable hotel like B&B Il Giramondo. I want to tell a memory about B&B Il Giramondo. We left hotel early in the morning after breakfast in a hurry because we wanted to visit Pisa Tower than carry on our way to Genoa where was more or less 200 kms away f.
kaikki arvostelut » We stayed there for three nights. It is located not even ten minutes walking from the station. It takes however more than 20 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower. The b&b is beautifully designed, with cute furniture and you can feel the great attention to detail. We stayed in Paris room which had a private external bathroom across the corridor but that was not a big problem. There is a nice terrace where you can have your breakfast or some wine in the evening. WiFi works very good. Breakfas. The staff is very nice and friendly, room was really clean. The decorations in the house was lovely. We were only two people but the owner gave us a four-bed room, what a great deal!! They got homemade breakfast as well which was tasty. Location is close to Pisa central station so we were able to travel to other small towns like Lucca easily. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, we failed to confirm our time of arrival but the lovely lady we phoned arrived within a couple of minutes and was really helpful. The B&B was close to the train station, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a selection of foods that we could choose from. Altogether a pleasant stay. This lovely, well maintained B&B is in the heart of Pisa, an easy walk from the train station, yet on a quiet street. It is furnished with a personal touch. The staff is very accommodating -- even making sure an early breakfast was available for me. It is a great value. The B&B was very clean & comfortable. Emy was in charge of the day to day running of the hotel and looked after us very well. Good breakfast - great start to the day!. The lady, 'Emi' who looked after the B& B was so helpful. It was in a good location. The room was comfortable. The use of a communal fridge was a bonus. Nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Located 5 mins away from the central train station and 15-20 mins from the tower. Fast free WIFI internet. Close to the station and just 15 mins walk to the Tower. This is actually an appartment converted to a hotel - kitchen is avaliable, comfortable room. great place to stay - close to the center of Pisa, very friendly owner and staff (Emy - thanks!), good breakfast and very cosy rooms. very nice bedroom & good facilities . good location & nice staff . good breakfast. very sweet family-run B&B clean, small and cheap. very good, i like it. and service is best. ambience breakfast location. value for money and very near the train station which was exactly what we wanted. Would not stay here for any longer that a night but it is only a B&B so we got exactly what we required. Staff were very friendly. Friendly, helpful staff, close to the railway station, Main Points of Interest are reachable by walking. Breakfast simple but good enough. Very cold in the room, no more blanket, no airconditioning neither. we could not sleep well during the night. staff is friendly. Nothing!. Nothing... Single beds could have been slightly wider. The room was a bit humid.. but may be because of the weather. Traffic noise was a bit of a problem as was the separate, but private, bathroom. No major issues however. Parking available only on the road, fee apply between 8-20h. No reception (could be difficult to get in). small TV. The breakfast was poor. There's no hotel name, only house Nr., it would be difficult to find, but the hotel owner met us at the airport (for additional charge). Very thin walls,windows and doors are not soundproof. Late night staff spoke loud in the corridor and it disturb us a lot. Although our windows was of the courtyard, the sound of the street were heard throughout the night. We would not stay there again. 1.The bed sheets and towels seems quite old and not very clean. 2.No quilt or blanket, but only a bedspread is provided. it was quite cold in the night. 3.The locker is very difficult to use. Is really old sharing flat, door ar transparently with some cover, you can hear everything from another rooms and from coridor as well, we were freezing over there, covers had a lot of drust, bad was making a lot of noice, staff wasnt helpful, we order transfer and nobody came for us, we had to walk and then wait 20 min that sb open us a door. We were there just some hours and we could rest, at the morning we moved to another hotel.. Horrible experience!.
