  It is a very confortable and well situated. The staff was very kind. - The hotel is in the centre of Palermo opposite Teatro Massimo. Eeasy to reach from the Palermo's central statio (buses 101, 103 ), the bus stop is 100m from the hotel. The staff is friendly but could speak English better. Good breakfast, spacious, clean room.

  The staff is realy friendly. The location is good, quiet but walking distance from main touristic points. The parking is comfortable. The rooms were not luxurious, but well mantained, big and clean. For me, it was way much better than othe 3* hotels in Italy. - Very helpful guy in reception.Speak english.   interior decoration, friendliness of staff - Fantastic hotel on the main road from the train station to the centre of the old part of town. Renaissance furniture everywhere and a huge bed in the room. Was very quiet, but we went off season so it could be louder in the summer.

  Hotel Italia took up the whole fourth floor in a classic old building typical of Palermo on one of its main streets, via Roma. It was in a beautiful apartment, high ceilings and dark wooden floors, and quaint furnishing. We had a rather small room but we still found it really nice, with a big window and balcony with quaint, wooden shutters facing ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » via roma, with a stunning view of the central station building and the mountain behind it. We had a shared bathroom which was down a long corridor but - Good value for money, perfect location in the central street and very close to the main train station. Room was small but cosy and clean, breakfast was served in the room that made it also quite comfortable. Very nice and welcoming staff; the man working at reception at night shift(unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and friendly.

  Cordiality and helpfulness of the staff at the reception desk; comfort of room; and well-appointed bathroom. (The only problem I recall is that, if not very careful with the shower curtain, a good deal of water can run out on the bathroom floor.) - location, price, rooms good for price, sense of being in an Italian not "intrnational" hotel
