People B&B provides uniquely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi, only 500 metres from Palermo Centrale Train Station. Located next to a free public car park, it is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. Each room has a different colour and décor, inspired by the different continents. They all feature air conditioning and a balcony. There are 2 shared bathrooms. A porter service is available to bring your luggage up the stairs. The famous Teatro Massimo can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, while the harbour is 2 km from B&B People. The surrounding area is full of shops, restaurants, and open-air markets.

Lovely B&B with brand new very nicely decorated rooms, and everything is spotless clean including the bathroom. I stayed in the African themed single room that I really loved. There's wifi and also a huge flat screen tv in the room (that I didn't get to use unfortunately as was out and about all day and evening) The owner/host is very friendly and helpful and the location was very central near Palermo's main railway station.

It takes about 3-5 minutes to the Stazione Centrale, and not so far to the centre. We've stayed in "People B&B" only for one night and I highly recommend this place for people who want to see Palermo city. I made an error with the dates and turned up a day early. Marcello the owner made a phone call, 2 mins later I was sorted with a room for the night. Room and facilities are excellent. Location is good, surrounded by real life. Every room is decorated in a different ethnic style, and equipped with a huge flat tv, there's wi-fi in the whole structure, the kitchen and the bathroom are clean and spacious, the owner is friendly and kind. I wonder how come it didn't cost more. Lovely hotel. The ideal admin. Delicious breakfasts. The next time I'll go to Palermo, it is only in this hotel. Thanks Marcelo for the smiles in the morning and assistance in carrying out activities in the city. Very friendly host. He host even brought up the suitcase on arrival. Clean, spatious, comfortable. Shared bathroom is clean and separated for male and female. Close to the trainstation and Via Roma. Really lovely parents of the owner met us and made us feel very welcome (although little English!). 4 rooms with different themes: Asia, Europe, Africa and America; all very nice. Wifi in rooms. The room was large and very comfortable, the hosts' friendliness was admirable, and the proximity to the centre of Palermo is a plus. It feels like staying with friends. I enjoyed my holidays wery much, there is beautifull beach beside Palermo, catacombs, plenty of shops. Whole hotell and my room was wery clean and staff was polite. Price, friendly professional service, quiet, clean, modern, new. I will return and recommend it to others. friendly stuff, clean, parking in front, spacious room, nerar to: railway, city center 20 min walking. - good location - clean and cheap hotel - the room was large and very comfortable. cozy homelike appartment with few rooms, that are uniquely designed. Friendly host. Great location. Very clean and welcoming. decoration was exellent. 1) Fast internet, nice balcony, powerful air conditioning and a reasonable breakfast. There is no elevator in the building and as the B&B is on the third floor there are quite a few steps to walk up. This wasn't a problem for me at all but just to keep in mind for those that are not so able to walk stairs. Cheap, not very nice breakfast. Shared m/f bathrooms but fine for me as so few people staying. Neighbourhood wasn't great but near enough to historic centre. Trying to find it in the dark, there's no sign post. I hadn't been able to print off the map I'd been sent. - terrible breakfast - inconvenient check-in times (4pm-7pm) - the location dangerous at night - Trying to find it in the dark, is very difficult - noisy location. no elevator - but the host is there to help you, so dont worry. the location seems a little dangerous at night. 1) Inconvenient check-in times (4pm-7pm). They have to understand that people are actually doing stuff during the day. Suggestion 5pm-7pm & 10pm-00am check-in times. 2) Location is not the best in town (although it's close to the train station). 3) This b&b appears to be suffering from barefoot-fobia as you are obliged have footwear on during your stay.
