The staff were the Best..Most helpful of any Hotel we have ever stayed in...we cannot thank them enough..From the moment we arrived until we left we were made feel so at home..The Room was Clean with everything you need..The Location is great..around the corner from the Airport Bus Stop and Close to Shopping Area and Great Restaurants..Overall a great place to stay in Palermo..We will be back next time..But Again...Thank you to the Great Staff...
kaikki arvostelut » This hotel has a great location, right in the city center. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale. This hotel is very central to everything in Palermo. Easy walking distance to all sights, shopping, restaurants and bars. Very clean, excellent staff especially Luciano who was so helpful. Hotel was very clean, quiet, rooms were fine but no real views. Breakfast fine Many thanks Pat and Tina. situation in Palermo, it was quiet, and in a very safe location, on arrival it was a bit odd to find three hotels down the same entrance, but we were delighted with our stay with this hotel, and the pleasantness of the staff who could not do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room with nice wooden floor. Breakfast excellent - especially broad variety of dolces. Pleasant breakfast room. Close to Teatro Massimo and many open air Restaurants. A nice, warmly furnished hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The room was comfortable, although a bit small for 2 people and - quiet at night. Nice breakfasts. No view from room. No real problem though. nothing!. There is only few day light in the room -1st floor, window into a small court. Nothing really. Temporary problem with Wi-Fi connections in rooms, but Wi-Fi is available at hall. The room was very dark even with the lights on. The breakfast had very little diversity. The rooms smelt of smoke, the lift was a dinosaur, and breakfast was poor. Brown, smelly towels. To dark rooms at day and poor lightening at night. The elevator is not working well.
