  The room, the balcony and view, the furniture, the bed and comforters, the top quality plumbing and powerful shower, the big fluffy towels, satellite TV, great staff and the excellent breakfast with big variety.   This was the best hotel I stayed in for a ski vacation. The room was very large and clean and the SPA area with the outside pool and jacuzzi is absolutely marvelous. And also the morning view with Ortisei town down the valley.
