If your're thinking of any other in this area then don't you won't find better than this. We loved our stay and will be r - We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well worth the trip.

  I was fortunate to stay twelve nights at Residenza Fabroni in May 2013 while taking Italian language classes nearby. Barbara and Fabio offer a wonderfully authentic, historic and welcoming environment and I felt very much at home during my stay. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Residenza Fabroni, Barbara was particularly helpful on more - The residence has remarkable charm. The views are stunning. The dawn over the light fog in the folds of the Tuscan hills was very memorable. Montepulcano is unique and lovely, and the food available there is excellent. Drving in the countryside and visiting the other historic hilltop towns Barbara suggested will always be a wonderful memory.

  Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The setting is beautiful, very serene and with a wonderful relaxed ambience. Alberto was the most charming and welcoming host, and we noticed that every aspect of the hotel had been very carefully thought through to ensure no detail was overlooked.   We loved everything! The hotel is a beautifully renovated home from the 1500's that makes you feel like you're living in a palace. There are only 4 rooms in the hotel. We were traveling with another couple and we had the two double rooms that were off of their own living room. The food was fantastic. Our free afternoon appetiz - We had an amazing stay here!! This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The hotel is set in a spectacularly renovated older building, fantastic mix of of keeping the charm of the older building but making it feel new and modern. Elena and her family were incredibly hopitable and provided appetizers and a wine tasting each night we were there which was amazing.
