  This is a fantastic hotel. It is extremley clean, comfortable and is in a perfect location. The hotel staff are excellent. They are both welcoming and obliging and add a personal touch which is often missing in larger hotels. Finally the breakfast is top class!!   that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities.
