The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   Lovely place and staff very helpfull. Everything you need is there, shops close at 8pm :-D. Comfortable rooms, clean and nicely furnished. Fantastic holiday. Thanks to the sisters Giusy and Sonia, can't wait to meet you again. - All new and very clean. Full Neapolitan breakfast, with sfoghiatella, fresh croissant and a lot more. But once the neighbor helped us to engage Ciro, the hotel's representative, everything became much better. He came to relocate us on next morning and we moved to an excellent apartment in the exclusive location- just on the promenade - Staff were incredibly helpful. I turned up a day early with my five children and chiro gave us water and sorted us out an apartment for the night, he drove us all there and picked us all up the next day Good location great transport links, the bus 151 takes you everywhere Very close to beach Close to San paulo stadium Great fruit and veg stall outside.

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.

  We arrived at Naples Airport in the early evening and instead of picking up a hire car and driving into the dark we decided to stay overnight.   I liked the small yet beautiful and comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean and looked very nice. The staff is super helpful and I liked the whole atmosphere at Hotel San Paolo. I would go back there anytime. I recommend. - nice roof terrace, wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff
