Design is absolutely great, rooms are very stylish but quite small. Extremely friendly employees. We needed to accommodate our friend who booked different hotel by mistake. Luka was very helpful and arranged extra bed with discount, offered us great espresso and recommended places to visit. Hotel situated near lovely harbor, close to metro station (10 min walking) and offers garage services (15 eur per night). Great place to stay for a couple of nights! I highly recommend it.
kaikki arvostelut » The location is really good, close to Mergellina metro station, direct from Pizza Garibaldi(Napoli centrale). and also it is in front of the seaside. so that area is so alive.. Comfort and style in Mergellina. Members of staff extremely kind and helpful. Fabulous location. Full of character. Excellent on every level. Staff members are great and really helpful, you get much more than the money you pay. Location close to metro close to city center. Very nice view. Modern styling, relatively quiet for Naples. Ocean view. Cleanness Small but modern bathrooms and room decoration. It was not easy to find a hotel. It's situated in old building and when you enter there is no directions to the hotel. We had to call to reception to understand how to get in. Hotel employees barely speak English. the worse thing in the Resort was the Staffs that even they couldn't talk one world in English! but they try to show U and talk with U in 1000 ways.. anyway is hard to ask them sth!. Parking nearby but 15 €/day not explecitly written. Do not expect to sleep after 8h00 because you are awaken by the other guests having brakfast... A twenty minute train ride from the centre of the city. At first, I didn't like the outward appearance, but after the first couple days, I found the quaint atmosphere to be quite nice. breakfast not value for money, continental. Awful experience at check-out: my room was booked till 11:30 am but during breakfast, before 09:00 am, the attendant asked me to leave the room immediately and presented the bill, without any request from me. I tried to show her the reservation document stating 11:30 and left for a walk. Returning at 11:00 pm, I found my room opened, with no towels or bed linen. I just felt kicked out. Unbelievable.
