  Staff were very helpful, particularly the lady in the breakfast room. She also cooked a great omelette. Location is good for an easy drive to or from Ancona port. The room was spacious and pleasant. - very nice new hotel. Nice rooms, good accomodation. Was my first stay, but time to check-in took only 20 seconds ! Great !
