  Best regards to Olga, she was much helpful! I had a big room with balcony, marvelous view which I enjoyed every day. Making up the room was perfect, thanks again to the ladies who did this job. The staff is very helpful, especially the bartender Roberto, always attentive. Good breakfast also very well served by an attentive staff. Excellent place to stay in Tuscany between Florence and Luca close to everything.
