The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The rooms were nicely decorated with matching period furniture, showing attention to detail. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the pool area was also beautiful. It was nice to have a pool amenity during our stay, as it was hot in July. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.

Staff and owners were all very helpful and friendly. No problem with English. Excellent Location. Bright and cheerful decor. Lovely pool and garden area and deck chairs to lounge on by the pool. Lovely decor in rooms. Nice and quiet. Very close to main shops. We were very happy with our choice.

The service was sensational! This was my faourite hotel in italy because of the service. It made me realise you don't need to speak the same language to make somebody feel welcome and simply treated as a real guest. The hotel is extremely clean, well positioned and convenient. The desk staff are welcoming, while the room we used was incredibly clean and well maintained. Above all, it is competitive in price almost beyond belief - cheaper than many a B+B with pretentions in the UK. It is perfectly located.

Hotel was excellent. Having stayed at 3 and 4 star hotels in Montecatinipreviously, this was the best by far. Excellent and pleasant servicefrom the reception, cleaning and resteraunt staff.
