  The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. A metro station at the doorstep of the building & lovely cafe`s , restaurants & a supermarket a short walk away.The washing machine & drier in the basement is a blessing if travelling light.Stayed here for 8 nights & we were as comfortable here as... mitä ihmiset sanovat » at home. - Very nice location. Only several steps to Metro red line, so very convenient to Duomo Church and city center. Very close to shopping center and restaurant street and 3 supper markets. Room is okay (bed is in a draw), with kitchen, very quiet. Cleaning work twice a week. Wifi is 2 Euro per room for full day use if you will be staying at least 7 days.

  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
