  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful!   the hotel staff was excellent...they even made our stay one to remember...it was my boyfriends birthday so while we were gone they left us some champagne and a birthday note for him...definitely made the day...it was also close to everything...the walk wasnt bad and the metros were close by...rooms were comfortable and a great breakfast selection..... mitä ihmiset sanovat » .we had a wonderful stay - It was probably the best 4* hotel i have ever stayed.Very clean,convenient to the public transportation and easy enough to park your car in blue line zone(1.20 euro per 11 hours is better than the 25,00 euro that hotel parking needs!)
