Massimo, Christian, and Mama Laura were amazing hosts!! From the minute
that Christian picked us up at the ship until he dropped us off at the
airport, we were treated like their most important guests. Every day
they made certain that were were transported into Venice and back to
their Villa with hints on what to see for the day. The private Villa
itself is out of a fairy tale, set in a beautiful courtyard with gardens
and a security gate. The room was a suite with a very large living area,

The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. The owner was great and it was lovely to speak with her about Venice and the local area. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was immaculate and breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and so gracious. - Room was lovely. Bathroom was particularly good compared with other accommodation in the area. Breakfast was excellent.

If I ever shouldcome to the area again, I will stay there again - Booked a Double Room Look. The room and bathroom were very big with ultra modern design. The hotel is located very close to the train station (2 minutes walk) and therefore is suitable for travellers seeking to visit Venezia. And, by the way, the hotel do look like the pictures in this website (not like one of the other reviewers suggested). Staff was very nice and attentive. The BD Couple :-)

Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared
to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was
very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice
in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and
attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American"
hotel after traveling in Italy.
