  The staff were friendly and helpful. English speaking staff were readily available, which was helpful. Parking was at a nearby public lot, but we got a 37% discount on the cost as we were guests of the hotel. Parking was about three blocks away, but one of the staff went with me to show me where it was and to ensure I received the discount.
