  It was cheap, cosy, clean, and the public transport to Venice is great. Really a value for money! - Far from the city, but quite good connection. Free parking for cars. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

  Everything about the hotel was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and quiet. The food was also excellent with an extremely tasty and satisfying dinner followed the next day by what I can only describe as the best breakfast we have ever come across in any continental hotel. We had a great stay, the staff able to speak English very well, very helpful and explained what we could do in Venice in a day.
