  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location.   We were traveling with my 3 sisters and family. The group of 4 rooms was excellent. The only slight problem was their computer initially processing payment. The rooms are nice and private bathrooms a pleasure (since in the past we shared bathrooms to get a lower rate). The location is awesome. All-in-all we would definitely recommend--especially if you do not need - the location is great, walking distance to historic center, trevi fountain, spanish steps, etc. it's right next to the metro station (Barberini) which provides easy access from/to the airport. easy bus travel to colosseo. since it's right on the piazza, it can get really noisy, but the windows are sound proof, so we didn't have any problem with sleeping when the windows were closed. breakfast is offered in a café right accross the street. breakfast is average, but the personnel of the café is q

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... mitä ihmiset sanovat » n. The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!
