The rooms are excellent quality, and bathrooms are really clean as well. Also, the staff was extremely courteous, and quite willing to help. They've shuttle car from the airport and railway station. We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.
