  This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board).   After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants.
