  If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Very easy to find. Staff helpful, not there all the time, but it was fine, I did not have any problems. I would stay there again and longer. I was there only 2 nights

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.
