  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. They gave us directions and advice on where to go and where to eat.   We arrived early from our previous hotel and were able to call and get in early. The B&B is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an apartment building.   The location is excellent, we lived in a spacious room with window facing the street, but it is very quiet during night. We can spot Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore from our window.
