  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  Excellent spot for a romantic weekend stay. LiRioni is situated close to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum, in a quiet surroundings. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful and the place itself was amazing! Clean and newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and equipped like at least a 4*+ hotel. LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  We loved this hotel! Stayed in the large suite which was beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard. Especially liked the glitterball above the shower! Service fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. - It is very comfortable room and the hotel location is excellent.
