We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of a caring, personal touch - this is the place to stay! The owner was really lovely to us - because it was our honeymoon, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived! Nice way to take the edge off the jetlag :) The room was really clean, and the B&B was very close to Piazzale Roma. -

Great location to stay when visiting Venice - all the major attractions within walking distance, yet in a quiet area away from the crowds. we found it easy to find with the provided maps. Campo santa Margherita is a great spot with various bars for cilling in the evening after a hard day's sightseeing - try the Cicchetti for delicious snacks.

The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square. The staff were really helpful and friendly and were even sympathic when we did t arrive till late on the Monday night due to a delayed flight. -

The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

An easy walk from Piazzale Roma bus station and Santa Lucia train station (no boat to catch, no dragging suitcases through the heavy tourist traffic). There was absolutely no noise from the train station or the canal adjacent the apartments.
Due to the location you do not get large numbers of passers by, so very peaceful.

The apartment was a lovely surprise. The building is quite new on two levels curving around a canal with a residential piazza at the front. The apartment we had is upstairs, sparkling clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. It is located a 10 minute walk from the station. We couldn't find it immediately but on the second walk past we realised that each house has its own number in the locality, rather than a street number. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!
