  Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

  This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Rimini close to the beach and to the port. There are restaurants in the naborhood, if more restaurants or beaches are needed it is convenient to thake the ferry over the channel, to the south part of Rimini with even more facilities. The swimming pool was nice, and we spent some time there. There is a small rest - The staff was extremely friendly and I got a free upgrade which was really nice. The room was big and I also had a great bathtube. Everything was clean. If you don't go in the main season, you will love the price!!! 19€ a night for this hotel is amazing and totally worth it. They have an absolutely great breakfast buffet with self made cakes, frozen yogurth, ham, cheese, eggs, pancakes, coffee, tee,... Whatever you want to have! Great!   First of all the staff. They are fantastic! Very nice, friendly and sincerely helpfull. The hotel itself is quite new, so the finishing and furniture are still fresh. The pool is good and useful if you want to get refreshed during the day and do not want to go to the sea. The beach is just across the street. The breakfast is well assorted and tast... mitä ihmiset sanovat » y. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. - The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, but it is possible to use their bicycles (free) to reach any destination in Rimini.   Nice, but dated hotel. Stayed for five nights whilst attending motoGP at nearby Misano. Good access to local buses. Excellent room servicing. Staff were friendly & attentive. Quiet at night, even though room on front street. - I liked everything.
