  The location was brilliant and the patio was a nice addition for an extra 20euro. Staff were very nice. Breakfast in bed was great. - Excellent location, very close to ferry, in middle of older part of city ie San Marco Square. Good size rooms, clean, if a little outdated.

  I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice.   The location is fantastic, few minutes walking to Rialto bridge and San Mark square. The explanation sent with my reservation confirmation was very accurate. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but still satisfactory.   Easy to find (as long as you follow Paolo's clear directions). Comfortable and clean. It does what it says - if you want an en-suite, don't book as it clearly says "shared bathroom".   We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious.   Lovely B&B clean,comfortable, Marco was fabulous and very knowledgable and made it very easy for us to find it by sending an email with very detailed instructions on how to get there, this was very valuable when you are in Venice, so many things are within easy walking distance, Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square just to name a couple all i... mitä ihmiset sanovat » n all we had a lovely stay - Hotel is very close to San Marco square. It is situated in a historic building with nice spacious rooms and is very clean and tidy. Italian breakfast in the morning is quite enough to keep you going. We liked everything. The only issue might be for people who have a lot of luggage, while this hotel is not equipped by the elevator - but it was not an issue for us.
