  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes.
