Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into.
