The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel really stood out in terms of quality (from what we saw of other hotels in venice). The staff (who all spoke at least some English) were friendly and helpful. The room was impressive and ours was bigger than I thought it would be after I read that some people thought the rooms were small.   This is a unique and charming palazzo with 13 rooms some directly on a small canal, it is ultra Venetian and thus nearly a cliche. The people are extremely nice and helpful, recommended the best (quality/budget) restaurants we went to, strongly recommend this place that helps you immerse into a true Venice experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
