Henkilökunta erittäin mukava ja palvelualtis. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla. Aamupala erinomainen. Plussaa siitä, että saimme hotellin henkilökunnalta tilattua kuljetuksen lentokentältä hotelliin ja hotellilta lentokentälle. - Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja joustava. Saimme pitää huoneemme klo 18 asti kun lentomme kotiin lähti vasta klo 23, tosin syynä
... mitä ihmiset sanovat » voi olla sekin että ensimmäisenä yönä huoneessa ei ollut kuin parivuode vaikka huoneen piti olla kolmelle hengelle. Hotellin sijanti on aivan loistava Vatikkaanin vieressä. Lisäksi alueella hyviä ravintoloita joten illallispaikkaa ei tarvinnut kaukaa hakea.

Chose because of price and proximity to Pantheon n lots of other attractions. Nervous when arrived - only a small placard on the wall of a side street cabbie located only by address. We were impressed by the helpful, friendly and very warm welcome here at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were given a very spacious room with the best views down the street. We enjoyed peaceful nights sleep and a very nice breakfast every morning with cheerful and friendly service. This felt like a home away from home. The location was great. Right near the Monti neighborhood and close to the major sites (without being too close).
There were some great restaurants (a Tre Scalini was fantastic) and shopping nearby and also a very local feeling. We very easily walked to the Piazza Monti and hung out by the fountain with drinks several nights.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and two daughters for 4 days. The location is perfect for visiting the different sites in Rome. The Colosseum and other nearby attractions is just a 10 to 15 mins. walk from the hotel. Going to Vatican, bus stop for bus #40 is just around the corner. Trevi fountain is also just a 15 min walk from the hotel.
The staff Catalina was very helpful. The room was so clean and made up everyday. Wifi is free and fast. Good restaurants are also aplenty in Via del Serpe
