  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask.   We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb.
