The location was good because we travelled by train. Only 100 m from
railway station! 15 min. Walk from centre. Staff friendly, very clean.
Small bathroom but clean, the shower was good and even the hairdryer was
working. We did not try the breakfast. For 65 eur/night it was ok.
Recommendable for just a couple of nights or 1 nigh

We loved the friendliness and the help/advice as to where to go and the location of the best pizza in Italy. Although worried about the street noise below our window, we had the best sleep ever and woke late, however, no problem, we left our bags there for the rest of the day. Thank you, we loved our brief stay in Pisa.

The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return! Excellent value for Money -

Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi.
Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friend

I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was
clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and
fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.
The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean.
The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening!
