The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us.   Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

  The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens. Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.   We had a lovely stay at the Citylife B&B, the staff was very kind, helpful, made us feel at home. The B&B is very close to the Termini Station, hence to all the main transportation means (metro, buses connecting various points of the city). A big plus for the free WiFi, which was hard to find in other accommodations in Rome. - Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!

  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.
