  We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place, no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast.   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.
