  Henkilökunta erittäin mukava ja palvelualtis. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla. Aamupala erinomainen. Plussaa siitä, että saimme hotellin henkilökunnalta tilattua kuljetuksen lentokentältä hotelliin ja hotellilta lentokentälle. - Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja joustava. Saimme pitää huoneemme klo 18 asti kun lentomme kotiin lähti vasta klo 23, tosin syynä... mitä ihmiset sanovat » voi olla sekin että ensimmäisenä yönä huoneessa ei ollut kuin parivuode vaikka huoneen piti olla kolmelle hengelle. Hotellin sijanti on aivan loistava Vatikkaanin vieressä. Lisäksi alueella hyviä ravintoloita joten illallispaikkaa ei tarvinnut kaukaa hakea.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Hotelli vastasi odotuksiamme täysin. Palvelu toimi ja aamiainen oli runsas, vaikkei esim. kurkkua ja tomaattia ollutkaan saatavilla (kuitenkin buffet aamiaisen tasoinen). Uima-allas oli hoidettu ja siellä oli valvoja, jotta kukaan ei päässyt hölmöilemään omiin nimiin/sotkemaan paikkoja.
