  Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!

It's literally there.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.   The guy behind the desk when I checked in (and who was still there when I checked out the next morning) was fabulous. He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat. The location is literally across the road from the Pisa tower complex and about 15-20 minutes walk into the main shopping and eating district. Traffic noise did not cause us any concerns once doors and shutters closed.
