  It was a very clean bed and breakfast place with tidy rooms and a very nice hotelkeeper. The breakfast was delicious, all organic food. Also the location was very good, not right in the center but very easy to walk to. Only ten minutes.   The hotel is very nice and cosy. The room faced the backyard, it was purely calm at night, only the bells of the tower were heard from the far. There was a big bath in the the bathroom that never happens in a 3stars hotel, nice surprise. The room was cleaned perfect but the tips were not taken:) The personnel is very delicate and polite.   I stayed in the Adriano Residence 1 week - the room was spacy & comfortable with adequate cooking facilities which allowed for preparing our own meals if we wanted to stay indoors in the evening. The staff was very helpful, especially Antonella who showed great amount of professionalism & ex - Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located near the city center with a lot of bars and cheap and good restaurants in the near vicinity. The bedroom was very comfortable and practical with good tea making fascility, perhaps a waste bin would be useful. Bridget's breakfasts were exceptional. Conveniently located in a wonderful city (walking distance to everything of interest, or the buses), warm welcome by the owners, very cosy house, clean, quiet and well-equiped modern design rooms with great beds and airco, and every morning a delightful fresh breakfast with a personal touch. The staff really makes you feel at home. We were truly sad to leave and will return.
