  I've put everything "excellent" for location, facilities, cleanliness, view to a beautiful Old City etc. And I would like to put "excellent" for Stuff too - two Italian people were great - friendly and helpful. But I've put "poor" for Stuff because of one extremely unfriendly Russian speaking guy who came to clean our room. He didn't even say "hel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » lo" back to us. We have a feeling that we borrow a money from him and did not pay back. - Very nice and cosy hotel. It's a kind of a big apartment where you feel really at home. The staff (we were met by Lorenzo) is very friendly and helpful. The opportunity to have breakfast early in the morning (we had to leave at 6 AM) is also a plus. I would definitely recommend Infinita.
