  The location of this small family run hotel was perfect, close to absolutely everything (we recommend to get off at the Rialto water bus stop, it's very close to here, rather than San Marco).   excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

There was no lift so we had to climb a couple flights of stairs. It is a convenient base for experiencing Venice.
