Everything was great.
Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal).
Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The staff were really
friendly and very helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we
were greeted with a fresh fruit basket on arrival plus a bottle of
sparkling Italian wine. The breakfast was nicely presented and the

The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5min walk to St Mark's
Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The
staff was very friendly (thanks to Reymond). The hotel by mistake charge
our money before we go, but as an apologize they offered us a free
champagne and cookies, which we appreciated. The room size was enough
for us, and the bathroom was completely renewed. On the breakfast they

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us).
