  The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there. It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa. The hotel is located on the central clean street with a lot of light and big elegant shops. This is pleasant.
