He provided us with information regarding the island, maps, etc. He was able to to pick us up and drop us off very early from the airport with no fee. We originally had booked a shared bathroom but he gave us a room with bathroom for no extra charge.   By far the best hostel we've stayed at. Room was immaculately clean andspacious, there's a kitchen on each floor so there is no overcrowding.It's not a party place but it's very secure and comfortable. The stationis about a 10 minute walk, and the centre of town is easily reached byfoot. When we got there we were greated by a 24 hour front desk with staffed by very nice people. Our rooms were very nice, simple and clean.

There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. TV included CNN, good for the non-Italian speakers. - The hotel was lovely, and the staff could not do enough for us, especially Tony on the desk. Breakfast was good, and coffee in our room the cheapest in Florence! We stayed in a lovely room with a painted ceiling and balcony, and had clean bedding and towels every day. We loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to any one else.
