The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.   Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. The owners are present and they participate in the day to day activities of running this very charming hotel. The rooms are somewhat unique as the rooms are all so different. The location is a ten. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight. I would definitely recommend it.

  This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.
