was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

Great location. Can walk everywhere you need to go. Hotel is on second floor of pretty non-descript building on fun street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to all major sites. Owner and family and staff could not have been more congenial, and helpful, which always balances a hotel which is a bit less than elegant. The staff is extremely helpful. The Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room with original painted on ceiling. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you.
