We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious
and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is
very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it
is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when
you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part
time.The location can´t be better

The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets.
